At the Fourth Annual Carter G. Woodson Awards Luncheon hosted and sponsored by the African-American Historical Association of Fairfield County during African-American History Month on February 26th, 2011 in the city of Bridgeport --Connecticut's largest city--The Reverend Kenneth Moales, Jr. accepted a posthumous award bequeathed by the AAHA of Fairfield County, CT upon his late father, the Bishop Kenneth Moales, Sr.
Immediately after the ceremony, The AAHA of Fairfield County's own Angela Harrison had been able to gather some thoughts and genuflections from the Reverend Moales about the size and scope of his father's ministry --now world renowned and internationally recognized as one of grand imminence--as well as possible solutions for the continued ennui and sociological upheaval currently plaguing the African-American community.
